BrightOS

BrightOS, 2026. Product lead.

The hotel operating system itself: reservations, folios, night audit, and reports, with the AI built in.

What I did

  • Audited five domains of the old system and turned it into a nine-project plan.
  • Restructured the roadmap and wrote the switchover milestones.

What happened

Two hotels moved onto BrightOS as their main system in September 2026.
